A man accused of shooting and killing his neighbor in Berks County last month is heading to trial.

Bruce Muth waived his preliminary hearing before a district judge in Muhlenberg Township on Thursday.

Muth, 49, shot Bobby Goda, 64, on August 21 at Goda's home in the 1400 block of Park Place in Laureldale because he was upset about Goda's dog, Brodie, police said.
