It's known as "The Forgotten War."

DOYLESTOWN, Pa. -

It's known as "The Forgotten War."

But it was remembered well Friday in Bucks County.

A Korean War Armistice Day Service was held in Doylestown at the Bucks County Korean War Memorial.

Veterans were honored and several special guests gave speeches including Army Colonel Craig Osborne.

Osborne commands the 174th Infantry Brigade out of Fort Dix, New Jersey.

He spoke about how he and his soldiers strive to live up to the veterans' example.

"We look towards your generation as what we're trying to emulate. To not let you down," said Col. Craig Osborne. "To know the service and the sacrifice that you've given in places like Pusan, Seoul."

Saturday is the 60th anniversary of the cease-fire that essentially ended the Korean War.

However a final peace agreement still has not been reached.
