READING, Pa. -

A man will spend at least five years behind bars in connection with a deadly shooting outside a diner in West Reading.

Jomaine Case was convicted of simple and aggravated assault earlier this month.

Case hit Julio Torres in the head before another person fatally shot Torres, 34, in the parking lot of the West Reading Diner on March 24, 2012, police said.

Case was identified after surveillance video from the night of the shooting aired on 69 News, police said.

Case denied knowing the shooter, but according to court documents, Case left the diner with him. Police are still looking for the gunman.
