Charges have been dropped against an Allentown man accused of kidnapping a woman and forcing her to work as a prostitute.

ALLENTOWN, Pa. -

Charges have been dropped against an Allentown man accused of kidnapping a woman and forcing her to work as a prostitute.

The trial for Jason Thomas was set to start Monday, but the alleged victim changed her testimony and decided she no longer wanted to pursue the case.

Thomas was facing charges including kidnapping and promoting prostitution after a March 2012 incident in which the woman flagged down a police officer and said she was held against her will and forced to have sex with men.
