Hundreds of balloons released for little girl who died while on African mission trip

It's a way for family and friends to remember a little girl who lost her life days after doctors removed a brain tumor.
Hannah Kelley passed away while on a mission trip to Africa with her parents.
People thousands of miles away came together to honor her.
There were songs, hugs and even some tears...everyone standing in the parking lot of Faith Church in Trexlertown to remember 15 month old Hannah Kelley of Macungie, Lehigh County.
Rebecca Davis, family friend, said, "There's an ache that I really haven't felt before. I've lost people that i love before but knowing that they were so far away and that there was nothing i could do."
Hannah Kelley's parents, Aaron and Stephanie, were on a mission trip in Kenya. The couple took their four children. The family got sick. Everyone recovered except Hannah.
Doctors in Kenya discovered Hannah had a brain tumor. They performed surgery, but then on Wednesday, the call no one wanted came.
Davis said, ."I woke up at two o'clock in the morning to a phone call from Stephanie that Hannah hadn't made it through the night and that she had gone to be with Jesus. It was awful.
Cose to one 100 people released pink balloons to meet Hannah up in heaven.. There were even more people across the nation -- from Colorado to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, to Rhode Island
In all, 500 balloons nationwide were released. a visual sign of love. a sign to the family that they are thinking of them during this difficult time of losing their little angel.
Davis said, "She had a smile that would light up a room. She had a sweet little personality."
