LANSDALE, Pa. -

A homeless teenager accused of attempted rape in Montgomery County is headed to trial.

Herson Guardado, 16, waived his preliminary hearing Tuesday morning.

Officials say Guardado grabbed a woman and tried to take her into the woods at Stoney Creek Park in Lansdale.

Guardado is being charged as an adult with attempted rape and kidnapping.

He is being held on $99,000 bail.
