Two Lehigh Valley cities are being honored for making play-time a priority.

Two Lehigh Valley cities are being honored for making play-time a priority.

Both Allentown and Bethlehem have made the 2011 Playful City USA list as two of the most playful cities in the country.

The national program was organized by Kaboom!, which is a non-profit group that works to make kids more active.

This is the third year Allentown has made the list and the second year for Bethlehem.

Officials said the two cities were chosen for their "outstanding dedication to play."
