The Philadelphia Eagles will take on the Dallas Cowboys on Sunday, and the winner claims the NFC East title. The loser will be done for the season.
69 New spoke with Eagles fans at Schuylkill Valley Sports.
"I just feel like the Eagles are just going to wipe the Cowboys out, just going to make them bite the dust," said 11 year-old Tyler Todd. "I'm just hoping the Eagles can regroup against the Cowboys' offense."
Tyler came into the store after receiving a special Christmas present.
"I was looking for a case for my signed Brian Dawkins football," he said.
Store manager Andrew Koefer is an Eagles fan himself.
"I think the Eagles are going to win," he said. "I think they're going to win, get that third seed locked up and then I don't know what to expect in the playoffs."
Koefer said the rivalry between the Eagles and Cowboys has made for a fun atmosphere in the store.
"You usually find that Cowboy and Eagle fans don't tend to like the other team so I think that makes it more interesting," he said. "The Cowboy fans aren't shy, they defend themself pretty quick."
You can find just about anything with your favorite team's logo on it in the store. While there many Eagles items, Koefer said they sell a good amount of Cowboys gear.
"It's more Eagles, but I would say it's probably about 60-40 or 70-30," Koefer said.
"I think we're going to be all right, especially without Romo," said Eagles fan Josh Dancho, who was relieved to learn he will still be able to watch the game while on vacation in Jamaica.
"When I agreed to go on the trip, I thought the Eagles were kind of done," he said. "When I found out that it was going to matter and I almost wasn't going to be able to watch the game I was kind of upset about going to Jamaica which is pretty crazy and shows how big of an Eagle fan I am."
