Family, friends release balloons to remember 15-month-old from Macungie who died in Kenya

It's a way for family and friends to remember a little girl who lost her life days after doctors removed a brain tumor.
Hannah Kelley passed away while on a mission trip to Africa with her parents.
There were songs, hugs, and even some tears.
Everyone standing in the parking lot of Faith Church in Trexlertown to remember 15-month-old Hannah Kelley, of Macungie, Lehigh County.
“There's an ache that I really haven't felt before," said family friend Rebecca Davis. "I've lost people that I love before but knowing that they were so far away and that there was nothing I could do.”
Hannah Kelley's parents Aaron and Stephanie are on a mission trip in Kenya.
The couple took their four children.
The family got sick, everyone recovered except Hannah that's when doctors in Kenya discovered Hannah had a brain tumor.
They performed surgery but on Wednesday the call no one wanted came.
“I woke up at two o'clock in the morning to a phone call from Stephanie that Hannah hadn't made it through the night and that she had gone to be with Jesus," said Davis. "It was awful.”
“We decided to do the balloon release to show the family in Kenya that we were praying and loving them from afar,” said balloon release organizer, Jennifer Dietz.
Close to 100 people released pink balloons to meet Hannah up in heaven. There were even more people across the nation.
“From Colorado to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, to Rhode Island," added Dietz.
In all five hundred balloons nationwide. a visual sign of love.
A sign to the family that they are thinking of them during this difficult time of losing their little angel.
“She had a smile that would light up a room," said Davis. "She had a sweet little personality.”
