Emmaus, Easton, and Parkland claim LVC titles

Three championships were won in the LVC Thursday night, Emmaus won in field hockey, Easton's girls won in soccer, and the Parkland boys won a soccer title.

Three championships were won in the LVC Thursday night, Emmaus won in field hockey, Easton's girls won in soccer, and the Parkland boys won a soccer title.

The Emmaus field hockey team beat Parkland 5-0 to earn their 12th straight LVC Championship.  The Green Hornets dominated the first half on their way to a win.

Easton's girls needed penalty kicks to beat Parkland after a couple of overtimes.  Megan Grundhauser clinched the win with her penalty kick, winning Easton's first LVC title in girls soccer.

The Parkland boys outlasted Easton 2-0 in the boys title game, the Trojans scored in the first 18 seconds of the game and again in the second half to earn the victory.
