Almost two weeks after election day, it looks like there may finally be a winner in the race for a seat in the Pennsylvania House of Representatives.

Democrat Kevin Deely said he has conceded to Republican incumbent Justin Simmons in the race for the 131st District seat.

The results still aren't official, but at last check, only 430 votes separated the candidates in Northampton County, and just one vote separated them in Lehigh County.

Deely said Monday that he's decided to forgo a recount and said he wishes Simmons well.
