Police: Man accused stabbing brother to death

A man stabbed his half-brother to death during a fight in South Whitehall early Saturday morning, police said.

ALLENTOWN, Pa. -

A Lehigh County man is facing at least 3-1/2 years in prison for killing his half brother in September.

Corey Maletsky was sentenced Monday to a prison term of 3-1/2 to 10 years in state prison.

Maletsky, 23, of South Whitehall Township, pleaded guilty to voluntary manslaughter in February for fatally stabbing 31-year-old Christopher Lloyd, following a drunken argument at a home at 1521 Leh St.

In exchange for the plea agreement, prosecutors agreed to drop a homicide charge against Maletsky.
