SALISBURY TWP., Pa. -

A judge says two brothers convicted of murdering their parents and younger brother will not be re-sentenced.

Bryan and David Freeman were sentenced nearly twenty years ago for the crimes which happened in Salisbury Township.

The two were teenagers at the time, and a recent Supreme Court ruling said mandatory life sentences for juveniles are unconstitutional.

Tuesday the Lehigh County District Attorney told us a judge is advising the court to dismiss the brothers' petition for a new sentencing hearing.

The brothers have 45 days to respond.
