PALMER TWP., Pa. -

A water main break is causing problems in part of Northampton County.

It all started around noon Thursday on Northwood Avenue in Palmer Township.

The break has knocked out service to about 20 customers, and it's caused a sinkhole, officials said.

Northwood Avenue is blocked off between Tatamy Road and Rocky Lane, and PennDOT said it will remain closed for several days.
