Woman charged with meth lab

BETHLEHEM, Pa. -

A woman is now facing charges in connection with a methamphetamine lab that exploded in Bethlehem earlier this month.

Elaine Noone was arraigned Monday on charges relating to the operation of the lab, located inside Noone's home at 1965 Greenleaf St., authorities said.

The lab exploded hours before authorities had scheduled a search. Seven people were injured in the blast, including two police officers.

Noone, 64, was charged with possession with intent to deliver/manufacture methamphetamine, recklessly endangering another person, possession of drug paraphernalia, risking a catastrophe and related charges.

Noone posted $75,000 unsecured bail. Her preliminary hearing has been set for 10:30 a.m. on March 27.

Officials said they have arrest warrants for two more people believed to be connected to the lab.

A third, Davina C. Bowler, 39, has been arrested and faces three charges related to this manufacturing operation

According to Bethlehem police, arrest warrants have been issued for Jeffrey Caulfield, 28, and Daniel James Houser, 39. They are wanted on charges of operating a methamphetamine laboratory, criminal conspiracy, and six other charges
