Around 9 a.m., a student was walking in the 1200 block of East Third Street when a man, possibly Hispanic, tried to get the child into a dark green pickup truck.

The male is described as having a medium complexion, clean shaven, in his 40’s-50’s, short haircut, with acne and acne scaring on his forehead, a crooked nose and a Spanish accent.
