BOYERTOWN, Pa. -

A lot of savvy shoppers spent Black Friday at one of the most unique spots around.

The 42nd annual Belsnickel craft show is now under way at Boyertown Senior High School.

About 140 artisans are on hand with crafts, wool products, and jewelry. Nothing is commercially manufactured or imported.

"We have just so many vendors that do wonderful work. We also have small items that children can purchase, from very inexpensive to high-end pieces," said Ginny Jordan, organizer.

The show will continue until 7 p.m. Friday and from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m. on Saturday.

You might even see the Belsnickel. He's the German version of Santa Claus, who threatens children to be good before giving them gifts.
