Beach body workout with Lowell Clemonts

With just about a month left before summer, we're helping you get that beach body just right for the season.  Certified personal trainer Lowell Clemonts put WFMZ's Jaciel Cordoba through a rigorous core workout on 69 News at Sunrise.  Below are the exercises featured on the show plus a full body workout. The routine can be done at the gym or at home.

Core Circuit (as seen on TV)

Glute bridge

Lower body twist

Half crunch

Low crunch

Superman

Body Circuit

Body Squats

Lunges

Pushups

Burpees

High knees
