Lights, camera, action. It's time for another Anchors Away adventure. This time around, Rob and Wendy joined the cast of volunteers at Allentown's Civic Theatre. Take a look at what goes on, off stage.

There's no business like show business. And at Allentown's Civic Theatre the heart that keeps the business beating is a cast of volunteers.

"We can't do it without them."

It's a partnership forged in the timeless art of entertainment. Performers rattle the rafters on stage and volunteers call the shots at the front of the house. Some even do double duty.

Behind the curtain and behind the counter.

Generally, the volunteers have a trio of tasks to take care of; concession stand, ushers and ticket takers.

And when you're wearing the volunteer badge you better be on your toes.

When the curtain's about to go up things get busy! But once both seats and stomachs are full it's time to hand over the reins to the men and women on stage.
