It's time to take a look back at the stories making headlines this week in the 69 News week in review.
On Tuesday a couple from Macungie led police on a wild chase that spanned two states.
Blake Bills, 24, and Shayna Sykes, 23, are facing a myriad of charges after police say they stole not one but two police cruisers.
It started in Camden, New Jersey where officials said the duo got into a police officer's car and took off.
Police said the couple ran over the officer, who was questioning another driver.
The chase started after that and continued over the Ben Franklin Bridge into Philadelphia, where Bills was taken into custody. That's when police say Sykes took off, stole a Philadelphia cruiser, and led police on another chase!
She was taken into custody in a North Philadelphia neighborhood.
The two are behind bars facing numerous charges in New Jersey and Philadelphia.
On Wednesday, one of New York's most wanted men turned himself into authorities in Lehigh County.
Julio Acevedo is the man police say was behind the wheel during a deadly hit-and-run crash in New York City last Sunday.
The crash claimed the lives of a pregnant woman and her husband. The couple's baby was delivered prematurely after the accident, but died the following morning.
Acevedo was arrested at the Turkey Hill in Hellertown and arraigned in Lehigh County Court Wednesday night.
He waived his extradition hearing Thursday morning and was transported back to New York City to face charges.
On Thursday, a man accused of stabbing another man to death in Reading confessed to the crime on 69 News.
Police say Raymond Searles, 42, was involved in an altercation that started in Maria's Restaurant and Lounge in the 400 block of Penn Street Thursday afternoon.
Officials say Joseph Ashford, 48, of Reading died in the stabbing.
Searles is locked up in Berks County prison facing homicide charges.
Friday, Kutztown University students were on edge after an armed dorm invasion in Deatrick Hall.
Officials said the victims got a knock at the door, and when they opened it, three men forced their way inside. Police said two of those men had handguns.
Officials said they searched the room, hit one of the students, then left without taking anything.
The University said it's evaluating security policies.
