WINDSOR TWP., Pa. -

A second inmate who escaped from a Berks County corrections center earlier this month is back behind bars.

Police said 22-year-old Jeremy Collazo of Reading and 28-year-old Ryan Celani of Pottsville escaped from the Wernersville Community Corrections Center on July 12 after Celani pulled a fire alarm at the building.

Celani was captured at a Burger King in Schuylkill Haven, Schuylkill Co. three days later.

State police received a tip around 11:30 a.m. Tuesday that Collazo was at a home in the 3600 block of Route 22 in Windsor Twp., Berks Co.

Police surrounded the residence, and although Collazo tried to escape through the back yard, he was captured without incident.
