2 arrested in connection with prostitution ring

Two men are behind bars after officials say they ran a prostitution network in Hunterdon County, New Jersey.
Police say 52-year-old Pedro Sanchez of Brooklyn and 20-year-old Juan Peralta-Mijangos of Highland Park, New Jersey were behind the ring.
The two were arrested while transporting women involved in the prostitution ring.
Officials say the network operated in Flemington, Lambertville, Raritan and Franklin townships.
And they believe it extended beyond New Jersey.
The men were charged with promoting organized street crime by conspiring with others as an organizer or manager to commit crimes of promoting prostitution, and promoting a prostitution business.
Bail for each man was set at $50,000. Both men were lodged in the Hunterdon County Jail awaiting a first court appearance.
