Teenager stabbed to death

SKIPPACK, Pa. -

State police say a teenager has been arrested in the stabbing death of his girlfriend on a suburban Philadelphia hiking trail.

Police in Montgomery County say the two teenagers got into an argument between 9 p.m. and 10:20 p.m. Saturday on the trail system in Skippack Township.

Troopers said during the argument, 16-year-old Tristan Brian Arthur Stahley produced a knife and stabbed 17-year-old Julianne Siller of Royersford multiple times, including in the throat.

Police said Stahley fled the area, went home and told family members. Troopers said the body of the victim was found after the youth's parents called police.

Stahley is being charged as an adult and is facing first and third degree murder charges.
