ALLENTOWN, Pa. -

A Berks County man who admitted to taping a co-worker as she was pumping breast milk at DeSales University in Lehigh County is getting a lesser sentence.

A judge has ordered John Bednarik to spend the next three years on probation and to meet state requirements for registered sex offenders.

Bednarik was originally sentenced to jail. He was fired from the school after police charged him with spying on a co-worker and two other women at the university's gym.
